George Randazzo, NIASHF President and Founder, passes July 28th

It is heartbreaking to announce the passing of George Randazzo, National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame President and Founder, who passed away yesterday, Sunday, July 28 at the age of 77.

George was larger than life and had a heart of gold, devoting his life to his family, friends and to the Italian American community through the NIASHF.

George R. Randazzo, United States Veteran of the Vietnam War 1st Calvary and Founder of the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame, with over 270 inductees over the last 42 years. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Collins); devoted father of Anthony (Vivian) and Marc (Yesenia) Randazzo; dear brother of Rosemary Favia; loving papa of Phillip, Linda Marie, Marc Anthony, Ashleigh, Angelina, Ava Bella, Sebastian, Valentina and Vittoria.
