The Salvatore A. Balsamo Rooftop Terrace, located on the fourth floor of the Hall of Fame, can be used for a variety of functions and is a perfect venue for a dinner party or special event. The terrace offers a view of the Chicago skyline that is second to none and serves as an ideal place to enjoy food provided by Rosebud Restaurants. The terrace also offers one of the most spectacular views in all of Chicago.

The Fourth Level was named in honor of Salvatore A. Balsamo, Chairman of TAC Worldwide, Inc. Balsamo is a member of the Hall of Fame's National Leadersjip Committee and is a generous supporter of several worthy charities and causes
